前列地尔注射液在老年急性肾损伤中的应用分析

Abstract Objective To analyze the application effect of Alprostadil Injection on acute renal injury in the elderly.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,98 patients with acute renal injury in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional specialist treatment,the study group was treated with Alprostadil Injection on the basis of the control group.The levels of BUN,SCr,NAG,β2-MG before and after treatment and the therapeutic effect,oliguria duration,SCr recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of BUN,SCr,NAG and β2-MG between the two groups(P＞0.05).The levels of BUN,SCr,NAG and β2-MG in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,the levels of BUN,SCr,NAG and β2-MG in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 91.84%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.51%),with significant difference(χ2=4.780,P=0.029).The oliguria duration,SCr recovery time in the study group was (5.4±2.0),(7.2±2.9)days,respectively,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(6.9±2.0),(9.5±4.0)days],with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Alprostadil Injection in acute renal injury in elderly patients is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion and application.
