SOFIA PLUS远端通路导管抽吸取栓与SOLITAIRE支架系统支架取栓在急性颅内大动脉闭塞中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application of SOFIA PLUS distal access catheter extraction plug and SOLITAIRE stent system stent plug in acute intracranial arterial occlusion. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute intracranial arterial occlusive ischemic stroke admitted to People′s Hospital of Dianbai District and People′s Hospital of Maoming City from February 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with SOLITAIRE stent embolectomy, and patients in the observation group were treated with SOFIA PLUS distal access catheter aspiration. The immediate effect of thrombectomy and the interim effect were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score 24 hours after surgery, vascular recanalization rate, perioperative mortality and incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05).The average recanalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in NIHSS score 14 d after surgery, number of cases ≤2 in modified Rankin scale (mRs) score 3 months after surgery and survival rate 3 months after surgery (P>0.05). Conclusion The two treatments had similar postoperative effect, but the SOFIA PLUS catheter extraction and thrombolysis therapy had shorter recanalization time than SOLITAIRE stent system.
