护瘘符-内瘘穿刺移交单的临床应用

Abstract Objective To explore the correct use of fistula protection sign-internal fistula puncture handover sheet(hereinafter referred to as"fistula protection"),and to analyze its effect on vascular evaluation and internal fistula vascular protection of patients with arteriovenous fistula.Methods From May 2019 to may 2020,60 regular hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula for the first time in the hemodialysis center of Jiangxi Pingxiang People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control and observation groups by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used physical examination method for vascular access management,and the observation group used fistula protector for vascular access management.The success rate of one-time puncture,puncture execution rate,puncture complication rate,pain degree and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time puncture and the execution rate of puncture in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of puncture complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The number of mild pain cases in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and the number of moderate pain cases and severe pain cases in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The correct use of the internal fistula puncture handover sheet can reduce the degree of pain and the probability of complications,improve the success rate of puncture and patient satisfaction,and is worthy of use in related clinics.
