Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of ″6A″ nursing management mode in endoscopy center.Methods A retrospective analysis of 33 cases of patients with endoscopic examination in Joint Logistics Support Force 900th Hospital from January to December 2018 was conducted and selected as the research objects(control group),and 40 cases of patients with endoscopic examination in Joint Logistics Support Force 900th Hospital from January to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed(experimental group).The control group was given routine nursing management method,and the experimental group added with ″6A″ nursing management method.The nursing effect and nursing quality satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The score of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The comfort of endoscopy in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of endoscopic complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the total satisfaction of nursing quality in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Adding ″6A″ nursing management method to patients undergoing endoscopic examination in endoscopy center can reduce the total incidence rate of endoscopic complications,improve the comfort of endoscopic examination,improve the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment effect score and nursing quality satisfaction.
