奥沙西泮与地西泮替代治疗酒精依赖的有效性和安全性对比

Abstract Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of Oxazepam and Diazepam in alcohol-dependent replacement therapy.Methods A total of 78 patients with alcohol dependence from January 2015 to May 2017 treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects and they were randomly divided into the two groups and there were 39 cases in each group.The Diazepam group was treated with Diazepam and the Oxazepam group was treated with Oxazepam.The total effective rate and total incidence of adverse reactions such as excessive sedation,urinary incontinence and so on,and the score of Hamilton Anxiety scale,Hamilton Depression scale and the withdrawal response scale were compared before and after the intervention between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the Oxazepam group was higher than that in the Diazepam group (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions such as excessive sedation and urinary incontinence and so on in the Oxazepam group was lower than that in the Diazepam group (P＜0.05).The score of Hamilton Anxiety scale,Hamilton Depression scale and abstinence response scale had no statistical difference between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05),the score of Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton Depression scale and withdrawal response scale were better than those of the Diazepam group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Oxazepam is superior to Diazepam in the treatment of alcohol dependence,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the clinical symptoms and relieve the negative emotion.
