优质护理在颅内动脉瘤患者中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To study the application value of high quality nursing in patients with intracranial aneurysm.Methods Eighty patients with intracranial aneurysm treated in Shangrao People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)by the random number table method.Routine nursing was applied to the control group,and high quality nursing was applied to the observation group.The compliance,nursing satisfaction,life quality score(SF-36)and complication occurrence in the two groups were compared.Results The total good rate of compliance after one week of intervention in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(82.50%),with statistical difference(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of intervention after one week in the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),with statistical difference(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores in terms of vitality,body pain,role emotional,role physical,physiological function,social function,emotional health or general health before the intervention in the two groups(P＞0.05).The scores in terms of vitality,body pain,role emotional,role physical,physiological function,social function,emotional health or general health after the intervention in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The scores in terms of vitality,body pain,role emotional,role physical,physiological function,social function,emotional health or general health after the intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total occurrence rate of complications in the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing after surgery for intracranial aneurysm can significantly improve the treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and life quality of patients.
