细节护理对急性上消化道出血胃镜手术患者生活质量及并发症的影响

Abstract Objective To study the effect of detailed nursing on quality of life and complications in acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients with gastroscopic operation.Methods A total of 80 acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients with gastroscopic operation who were treated in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.All patients underwent gastroscopic operation,the control group received routine nursing during treatment,and the observation group was given detailed nursing.The quality of life,anxiety,depression and complications of the two groups before nursing and intervention and after 5 days of nursing and intervention were compared.Results The scores of physical function,physical role,social function and mental health in the two groups were higher than those before nursing and intervention,and the scores of physical function,physical role,social function and mental health of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 5 days of nursing and intervention,the self-rating anxiety,self-rating depression scale scores of both groups were lower than those before nursing and intervention,and the self-rating anxiety,self-rating depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared the total incidence of complications between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing can promote the improvement of patients′quality of life after surgery,improve patients′anxiety and depression,and is worthy of popularization and use.
