固肾安胎丸联合地屈孕酮治疗肾阴虚型先兆流产的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gushen Antai Pill combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion due to kidney yin deficiency.Methods A total of 100 patients with early threatened abortion due to kidney yin deficiency who visited First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received oral administration of vitamin E and folic acid tablets after admission.Patients in the control group were treated with Gushen Antai Pills combined with Intramuscular Progesterone.In the observation group,participants were treated with Gushen Antai Pills combined with oral administration of Dydrogesterone Tablets.The levels of serum progesterone(P),estradiol(E2)and β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)in the two groups were compared.After the delivery of the patients,the efficacy of fetal preservation(the success rate of fetal preservation and the rate of live delivery)and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the serum levels of P,E2 and β-HCG levels between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum P,E2 and β-HCG in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the serum levels of P,E2 and β-HCG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The success rate of fetal preservation and live birth rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion For patients with early threatened abortion due to deficiency of kidney yin,Gushen Antai Pill combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets has a more remarkable fetal-preserving effect,which can effectively increase the levels of sex hormones and improve the final pregnancy outcome.
