左卡尼汀＋血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果和安全性

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect and safety of Levocarnitine combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Songzi People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with Levocarnitine combined with hemodialysis.The clinical treatment effect,plasma indexes before and after treatment and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of plasma indexes such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and C-reactive protein were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic renal failure with Levocarnitine combined with hemodialys can effectively enhance the patient′s renal function,improve plasma indicators,and has high safety.The clinical treatment effect is good,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
