TCRP术后应用曼月乐和妈富隆在预防子宫内膜息肉复发中的效果对比

Abstract Objective To compare the effect of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (trade name:Mirena) and Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets (trade name:Marvelon) on the prevention of the recurrence of endometrial polyps after TCRP.Methods From January 2014 to January 2016,180 patients with endometrial polyps treated by TCRP in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group (Mirena placement,n=90) and control group (oral administration of Marvelon for 3 to 6 months,n=90) in random number table.The changes of menstrual blood volume after surgery,endometrial thickness,and endometrial polyp recurrence were observed and compared in the two groups.Results 6- and 12-month after treatment,the menstrual blood volume and recurrence rate in the observation group were (46.07±15.79) ml,(26.97±10.35) ml,and 1.11% respectively,was significantly lower than that in the control group [(71.12±19.27) ml,(85.72±20.28) ml,14.44%],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 6-month therapy,there was no significant difference in the thickness of endometrium between the two groups (P>0.05).However,12-month after treatment,the endometrium of the observation group was greatly thinner than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with oral administration of Marvelon,application of Mirena can more effectively prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyps after TCRP.
