Abstract Parkinson′s disease(PD)is one of the common neurodegenerative diseases,whose clinical manifestations include motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms.Depression is the most common non-motor symptom in PD patients.Depression can increase the disability rate of PD patients,reduce the quality of life of PD patients,and increase the burden of caregivers.At present,the diagnosis and treatment rate of PD with depression is still low.More than 30 domestic and foreign studies on PD with depression in recent years were included in this paper,and it was found that PD with depression has a complex pathophysiological mechanism.In terms of treatment,both standard antidepressant drugs and non-drug therapy have certain effects,but all kinds of treatments have certain adverse reactions.Therefore,the development of individualized treatment plan is the direction of current research.Based on the existing studies,this paper will review the pathogenesis,pathogenesis and treatment of Parkinson′s disease with depression,in order to provide supporting evidence for the prevention and treatment of Parkinson′s disease with depression.
