乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗反复住院老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Levofloxacin Lactate and Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods A total of 60 elderly AECOPD patients who were treated in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects, according to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group received Piperacillin Sodium Tazobactam Injection, the observation group received Piperacillin Sodium Tazobactam combined with Levofloxacin Lactate and Sodium Chloride Injection. The curative effect, the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA),the changes of pulmonary function and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the recurrence rate of treatment in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The MDA level in the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment and in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05); the level of SOD in the observation group after treatment was higher than that before treatment and in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the levels of FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). The incidence rates of adverse reactions such as abdominal pain/diarrhea, sleepiness/insomnia, pruritus, crystal urine and joint pain between the two groups were compared, the differences were not statistically significant (P＞0.05). Conclusion Levofloxacin Lactate and Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with AECOPD can better improve the treatment effect, reduce the recurrence rate, improve the level of SOD and MDA, pulmonary function changes of patients, without increasing the adverse reactions of patients, and has high application value.
