他汀类药物在急性缺血性脑卒中患者首次溶栓前的应用效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical effect of statins before thrombolysis for the first time in acute ischemic stroke. Methods From February 2018 to January 2020, a total of 140 patients with acute ischemic stroke in Department of Neurology of Yangchun People′s Hospital were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to random envelope method, each had 70 cases. The control group did not implement statins before the first thrombolysis, while the study group received statins before the first thrombolysis. The blood lipids, matrix metalloproteinase-9 levels and short-term prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of matrix metalloproteinase-9 between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05); at 6, 12, 24 and 72 h after treatment, the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05); at 6, 12, 24 and 72 h after treatment, the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the good prognosis rate of thrombolysis for 7 days and 90 days between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The effect of statins before thrombolysis for the first time in acute ischemic stroke is significant, which can improve the level of blood lipid, inhibit the level of matrix metalloproteinase-9, with significant clinical value.
