| Application effect of diversity nursing in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of diversified nursing in elderly patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease in Tieling Center Hospital, Liaoning Province from January to October 2019 were selected, and divide into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Atorvastatin Tablets, and both groups were treated for 2 months.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given diversified nursing intervention.The intervention period was 2 months.Two groups of patients′ psychological symptom scores before and after the intervention, health survey questionnaire (SF-36)score, after the intervention to the service satisfaction evaluation, cognition of the disease knowledge score, daily health behavior cognition score, improve the level of blood glucose control at the time, and cardiac function level 2 time,length of hospital stay and the incidence of hypoglycemia, heart failure were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the score of psychological symptoms between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The scores of psychological symptoms in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, after intervention, the scores of psychological symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).There was no significant difference in SF-36 score between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The SF-36 scores of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After intergroup intervention, the five-item scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, including problem solving ability, service attitude, operational skills, health education level of nurses, and frequency of nurses′ visits, after intergroup intervention, the cognitive scores of disease knowledge and daily health care behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the time of blood glucose reaching the standard, the time of cardiac function improvement reaching level 2,and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of patients in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 22.50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing for elderly patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease can better promote patient recovery and increase satisfaction.
