Abstract Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease affecting multiple systems. Due to the mutual influence between SLE and pregnancy, pregnancy may cause SLE relapse and SLE may cause adverse pregnancy outcomes, affecting the life quality of women and their families. At the same time, whether female patients with SLE will affect the health and development of offspring has not been determined. Therefore, this paper mainly reviews the perinatal management of pregnancy with SLE.
