年轻恒牙感染根管牙髓再生治疗的效果评价

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect endodontic pulp revascularization treatment for infected young permanent teeth.Methods A total of 96 young permanent tooth infection patients admitted to Fushun Stomatological Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases).The control group used routine Root apex formation, the observation group used root canal pulp vascular regeneration.The clinical efficacy,pain degree after treatment, and mental state score of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores of patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of root canal pulp vascular regeneration for young permanent tooth infection patients can effectively reduce the pain of the patients, improve the treatment effect of the disease, and significantly improve the mentality of the patients, with high application value.
