经皮神经电刺激疗法联合内啡肽方案及手法治疗女性慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的效果及对性生活的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TEN′S) combined with endorphin regimen and technique treatment on women with chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) and its influence on sexual life.Methods A total of 96 patients with CPPS admitted to Tai′an City Maternity and Child Care Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group (48 cases) and the treatment group (48 cases).The control group adopted pure technique treatment,and the treatment group adopted TEN′S+ endorphins solution + technique treatment.The clinical efficacy, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, incidence of pelvic dysfunction, and female sexual function index (FSFI) score were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After 2 courses of treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After 2 courses of treatment, the FSFI score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of pelvic dysfunction in experimental group was lower than that in control group and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion TEN′S combined with endorphin regimen and technique treatment can effectively improve pain symptoms and sexual quality in CPPS patients, and reduce incidence of pelvic dysfunction.It is worth popularizing and applying.
