PDCA循环管理在骨科手术院内感染管理中的应用

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect PDCA cycle management in the management of nosocomial infection in orthopaedic surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing surgical treatment and 120 medical staff in Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into study group and reference group,with 60 patients and medical staff in each group.Patients in the reference group received routine management,and patients in the study group received PDCA cycle management on the basis of the reference group,the operation infection status and satisfaction rate of patients in the two groups,and to compare the nosocomial infection indicators of medical staff in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of hospital infection and the antibiotic utilization rate of medical staff in the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the nosocomial infection knowledge rate and hand hygiene pass rate in the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The surgical infection rate in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in the management of nosocomial infection in orthopaedic surgery can reduce the hospital infection rate and the surgical infection rate of patients,improve the knowledge rate of hospital infection and hand hygiene pass rate of medical staff,and then improve the satisfaction rate of patients.
