Application effect of the eight-step correction in the generational relation of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder |

Abstract Objective To approach the application effect of the eight-step correction in the generational relation of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods Eighty children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder admitted to Shenyang Children′s Hospital from January to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random paper method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional and basic treatment,and the observation group used the eight-step correction on the basis of the control group.The Conners child behavior questionnaire (parent questionnaire) score,adaptive behavior rating scale score,integrated audition continuous execution test score,sensory integration ability development test score,and common sense attention test were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The Conners child behavior questionnaire(parent questionnaire),adaptive behavior rating scale,integrated audition continuous execution test (integrated control quotient,integrated attention quotient,visual control quotient,visual attention quotient,auditory control quotient and auditory attention quotient) and sensory integration ability development test (vestibular balance,touch,emotion,proprioception,learning ability) scores in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The common sense attention test grading in the observation group after intervention was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the eight-step correction in the generational relation of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can improve generational relations of children,increase adaptive behavior,integrated audition continuous execution,sensory integration ability and improve attention,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
