茯苓泽泻汤对肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及胰岛细胞功能的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Fuling Zexie Decoction on glucose and lipid metabolism and islet cell function in type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of kidney yin.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes in Luanping County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2016 to December 2019 and divided into the control group (43 cases) and the observation group (43 cases) according to the treatment method.The control group was treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Fuling Zexie Decoction.After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism (fasting blood glucose [FBG],2 hours′ postprandial blood glucose[2 h PBG],triglyceride [TG],total cholesterol [TC]) and pancreatic β-cell function (homeostasis model assessment of β-cell function [HOMA-β],homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance [HOMA-IR],fasting serum lisulin[FINS]) were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FBG,2 h PBG,TG,TC of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The HOMA-β after treatment in the two groups weas higher than that before treatment,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The HOMA-IR and FINS of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of Fuling Zexie Decoction in patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the function of pancreatic islet β cells and regulate glucose and lipid metabolism.
