儿科早期预警评分系统的开发和应用状况

Abstract Pediatric early warning score (PEWS) is a kind of scoring instrument for early identification of children′s disease deterioration risk.Its scoring index can be obtained by physical examination.Because of its simplicity and convenience,PEWS is widely used in pediatric emergency department,pediatric general ward,pediatric intensive care unit and sick children transport.PEWS has many versions.Except for the Brighton pediatric early warning score and bedside pediatric early warning system score,it is still limited about the evidence of the effectiveness of other scoring systems.They need to be further verified by big data,multi center and prospective research.It is expected to formulate national or regional PEWS standards to promote the standardization of PEWS use.
