前置血管55例临床诊疗分析

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of vasa previa and the outcome of perinatal infants.Methods The clinical data of 55 patients of vasa previa were retrospective analysis from January 2013 to June 2019 treated in Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University.The clinical characteristics,infants outcomes and therapeutic effect were analyed.Results Clinical characteristics: 55 cases of vasa previa accounted for 0.70‰ (55/78 893) of the total number of births over the same period.Age of the patients ranged from 19 to 51 years old,of which the average age was (31.33±6.40) years old.And 49 cases were single births (89.09%) and another 6 cases (10.91%) were twins.A total of 52 patients were diagnosed correctly by prenatal ultrasonography.Delivery and perinatal outcome：all the 55 cases were live births at 28.47 to 39.29 weeks,and the mean gestation age were (35.48±2.39) weeks.A total of 54 patients were delivered by caesarean section.Amongh them 34 infants (61.82%)were delivered by selective caesarean section without neonatal asphyxia,3 out of another 20 infants (36.36%),who were delivered by emergency cesarean section,were mild neonatal asphyxia.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography is a reliable methods for vasa previa diagnosing.Terminating pregnancy timely in the third trimester may achieve a good perinatal outcome.
