腹腔镜下经腹腹膜前修补术与李金斯坦修补术在成人腹股沟疝治疗中的应用现状

Abstract Inguinal hernia is a common and frequently-occurred disease in adults.Surgical treatment is the only way to cure the disease.It has entered the "tension-free era",and tension-free hernia repair is widely used in the treatment of inguinal hernias.Lichtenstein repair is a classic of open tension-free inguinal hernia repair.Laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal repair (TAPP) has also developed by leaps and bounds in the past 20 years,and achieved great effects following the principle of tension-free hernia repair.This article reviewed comparison of the surgical principles,the choice of anesthesia,female,elderly,and obese patients,impact on the coagulation system,and postoperative complications between TAPP and Lichtenstein hernia repair in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia,so as to provide a reference for the selection of appropriate surgical procedures.
