问题跟踪护理在造血干细胞移植期患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of problem-tracking nursing in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2018 were selected and they were divided into the control group(n=41)and observation group (n=41)using a randomized grouping method.Routine nursing intervention and problem-tracking nursing were performed in the control group and observation group respectively.The total incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the negative emotional changes before and after treatment in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in SAS or SDS score between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those of the same group before nursing with statistical significance (P＜0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS after nursing intervention in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 7.32%in the observation group,which was lower than that in the control group accounting for 26.83%with a significant difference (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 78.05%with a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of problem tracking nursing intervention can effectively improve the bad emotion of patients during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,avoid the risk of adverse reactions,increase the nursing satisfaction,and have a positive impact on the prognosis improvement.Therefore,it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
