液体敷料赛肤润预防危重患者失禁性皮炎的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of liquid dressing Sanyrene in the prevention of incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD)in critically ill patients.Methods A total of 100 critically ill patients with IAD who were admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to their admission ID number,50 cases in each group.The control group was washed with warm water after defecation,while the observation group was treated with liquid dressing,skin-spraying and rubbing by liquid dressing Sanyrene on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,the degree of skin lesion,the incidence of IAD and the occurrence time of IAD were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(98%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74%),there was a significant difference(χ2=11.960,P=0.005).The incidence of skin lesion in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=18.918,P=0.001).The incidence of IAD in the observation group(8.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.00%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The occurrence time of IAD in the observation group was(3.13±0.77)d,which was significantly shorter than(9.43±1.94)d in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The liquid dressing Sanyrene is effective in preventing incontinence dermatitis in critically ill patients.It can effectively prevent perianal skin injury caused by defecation incontinence and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
