AbstractObjective To explore the clinical effect of the prospective nursing in the gastrointestinal decompression.Methods A total of 80 patients with intestinal obstruction treated by gastrointestinal decompression from April 2017 to April 2018 in Department of Gastroin Testinal Surgery of our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was adopted the conventional nursing care,and the observation group was adopted prospective nursing.The clinical effect in two groups were compared.Results The success rate of primary catheterization in the observation group was(85.0%),which was higher than that of control group (50.0%),with significant difference (P<0.05).The degree of total satisfaction in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group (75.0%),with significant difference (P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing complications in the observation group was 22.5%,which was significantly lower than 57.5%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the prospective nursing in the gastrointestinal decompression for intestinal obstruction patients can reduce the nursing risks and improve the satisfaction degree.
