全面护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To study the application value of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods The 46 cases of schizophrenia treated in Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs Mental Hospital of Guangzhou City from June 2015 to February 2017 were collected as subjects.They were divided into the general group and the comprehensive group according to the random number table method,each group consisted of 23 cases.The general group took routine nursing intervention.Comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted in the comprehensive group.The concomitant mental scale scores,quality of life scores,total scores of positive and negative symptom scales,treatment adherence,schizophrenia disease cognition,and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance of the general group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The cognitive score of patients in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the general group,and the hospital stay was shorter than the general group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the concise mental scale score,quality of life score,and total score of positive and negative symptom scales between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The concise mental scale score,total score of positive and negative symptom scales of patients in the comprehensive group after the nursing were lower than those of the general group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of schizophrenia patients can improve the patients'disease cognition and treatment compliance,improve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,shorten the length of hospital stay,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
