| Control effect of painless ward standardized nursing for cancer pain patients with pain |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of implementing normalized nursing in painless ward on pain control in patients with cancer pain.Methods94 patients with advanced cancer treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing measures,they were evenly divided into research group and control group,47 cases in each group.In the research group,normalizednursing of painless ward was adopted,while in the control group,conventional care was used.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.ResultsIn the research group,the pain alleviating rate was higher than that in the control group with a statistical difference(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the pain score in the research group was lower compared with that in the control group with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group,which was displayedstatistical significance(P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the course of clinical nursing for patients with cancer pain, application of normalized nursing in painless ward can obtain a remarkable effect by alleviating patient′s pain and improving pain alleviation rate and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
