腹腔镜手术联合亮丙瑞林对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者卵巢储备功能和生育的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with Leuprorelin on ovarian reserve function and fertility in patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods A total of 200 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the dynamic random method,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst removal,while the observation group was treated with Leuprorelin on the basis of the control group.The levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH)and estradiol(E2),recurrence rate,time of second pregnancy and rate of second pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FSH level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the LH and E2levels were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 19.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The second pregnancy time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The second pregnancy rate of the observation group was 77.80%,which was higher than 35.30%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cystectomy combined with Leuprorelin in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst can improve ovarian reserve function,improve pregnancy rate,shorten pregnancy time and significantly reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
