腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and traditional open myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 92 patients with uterine fibroids who admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to July 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was given laparoscopic myomectomy,the study group underwent laparoscopic myomectomy.After surgery,the clinical surgery-related indicators,postoperative conditions,adverse reactions and immune system indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,in terms of the clinical surgery-related indicators,the amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was lower than that in the control group.The anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the surgery time,the study group was longer than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）;in terms of the postoperative conditions,the postoperative prevalence rate,postoperative analgesia application rate,and postoperative residual incidence rate in the study group were lower than in the control group and the differences were statistically significant.In terms of the postoperative recurrence,the incidence rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.In terms of the adverse reactions,the total incidence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）;in terms of the immune system index,the IgG and IgA levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.In terms of IgM,the difference between the two groups was not significant,and there was no statistical significance(P＞0.05）.Conclusion Compared with traditional open myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids,laparoscopic myomectomy has a significant effect,less adverse reactions,better postoperative conditions,and a higher clinical value,which is worthy of promotion.
