自由体位在产程中的实施及对分娩效果的影响

Abstract Objective To study the application value of free position during labor process.Methods A total of 180 parturient women who received treatment in our hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were selected and computer randomized double blind method was used to divide the experimental group and the control group,90 cases in each group.The experimental group was adopted the free position method during childbirth,and the control group was adopted the traditional supine position.The parturient effect of the two groups was analyzed,and the parturient duration and other indicators of two groups were compared.Results The rate of spontaneous delivery was 88.89%,higher than that of control group (66.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The postpartum blood loss in the experimental group was(209.36±22.37)ml,less than(223.14±35.18)ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The first,second and third labor stages of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The total duration of labor in the experimental group was(419.18±97.47)min,shorter than(531.06±110.28)min in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.The total satisfaction of the experimental group with the delivery effect was 96.67%,higher than that of the control group (82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The method of free posture can effectively shorten the time of labor,increase the rate of natural delivery,improve the degree of satisfaction of the parturient with the effect of delivery,and suggest clinical popularization.
