腹腔镜与开腹宫颈癌根治术联合腹主动脉旁淋巴结清扫治疗早期宫颈癌的效果对比

Abstract Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic and open radical resection of cervical cancer combined with para-aortic lymph node dissection in the treatment of early cervical cancer.Methods Ninety patients with early cervical cancer who were admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the control group and an observation group by random sampling,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open radical laparoscopic radical resection combined with para-aortic lymph node dissection.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic and para-aortic lymph node dissection.The operation,postoperative complications and survival rate of the two groups were observed,and the treatment effect was compared.Results The exhaust time,drainage tube removal time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and intraoperative bleeding volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in 1,2 and 3 years survival rate between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with para-aortic lymph node dissection for the treatment of patients with early cervical cancer is effective,can shorten exhaust time,drainage tube extraction time,and reduce intraoperative blood loss,and postoperative complications are less,and has higher safety.It has clinical application value.
