经手辅助腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠肿瘤的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery (HALS)treating colorectal tumors.Methods Altogether 180 patients who were confirmedly diagnosed with colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2017,required selective operation and met inclusion criteria were retrospectively analyzed.According to the actual treatment methods,all the patients were divided into the control group(n=100)and observation group(n=80).The control group was given laparoscopic-assisted colorectal surgery(LAC),while the observation group was given HALS.Operative related indexes,therapeutic effect,survival rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the number of injured intestinal wall,ureter and lymph nodes between the two groups (P＞0.05).There were no significant differences in the time of exhaust,the number of pain,the time of getting out of bed,the time of catheterization,the time of liquid food/diet feeding and hospitalization between the two groups(P＞0.05).There were no significant differences of 1 year survival rate and the recurrence rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The short-term and long-term effect of HALS in the treatment of colorectal tumors is similar to that of LAC,but HALS is more suitable for clinical application because of its shorter operation time and less intraoperative bleeding.
