后腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗局限性肾癌的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of localized renal cell carcinoma.Methods Eighty patients with localized renal cell carcinoma admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to October 2018 were selected as study objects.They were divided into the experimental group(n=40)and control group (n=40)according to the random grouping method.The experimental group was given retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy,while the control group was given open renal partial resection.The operation time,hospital stay,total hospitalization cost,total incidence of postoperative complications and various renal function indicators were compared in partients between the two groups.Results The hospital stay of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the total hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with a significant difference (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in various renal function indicators between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of localized renal cell carcinoma has the advantages of quick recovery,good curative effect and low cost,and little impact on renal function,which can be used in clinical treatment.
