中药穴位贴在促进妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复及提高护理满意度中的作用

Abstract Objective To study the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the improvement of nursing satisfaction in the operation of gynecological laparoscopic operation.Methods From May 2017 to April 2018,90 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was used traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticker on the basis of conventional nursing.The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension,gastrointestinal function recovery and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sound and defecation time were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that in the control group (80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients after gynecological laparoscopy,acupoint paste of traditional Chinese medicine can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the occurrence of abdominal distension,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
