牵引配合关节松动术与牵引配合中频电疗治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果对比

Abstract Objective To discuss the application effect of traction combined with joint mobilization and combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 100 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy admitted into our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as study objects.The patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the randomization method,and there were 50 cases in each group.The control group was given traction supplemented by intermediate frequency electrotherapy,and the intervention group was given traction combined with joint mobilization.The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to assess the improvement of pain before and after intervention in both groups,and the clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),VAS score in the intervention group after the intervention was better than that in the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The clinical effect in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Traction combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy and traction combined with joint mobilization both can effectively cure cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,while the latter has a more significant effect,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of nerve root compression,and can be widely promoted and applied in primary hospital.
