护理干预对肺结核患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on psychological status and quality of life of tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 98 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The improvement of psychological status and quality of life of two groups of patients were compared after two different nursing methods.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in depression score and anxiety score between the two groups(P>0.05).After comprehensive nursing intervention,the depression score and anxiety score of the observation group were (14.73±2.16)ponits and (12.85±2.94)ponits respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group ([19.87±3.16],[18.90±3.74]ponits),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the life quality score of the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing for tuberculosis patients,comprehensive nursing intervention can not only significantly improve the negative psychological state of patients,but also improve their quality of life score and promote prognosis recovery,which is worthy of clinical reference and implementation.
