动态暴力风险评估量表在新入院精神病患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of dynamic violence risk assessment scale(DASA)on newly admitted psychiatric patients.Methods From April to September 2018,in the Baiyun Psychiatric Rehabilitation Hospital and The Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Administration Bureau,360 newly admitted psychiatric patients were selected as the study subjects.According to the method of random number table,patients were divided into study group and control group,180 cases in each group.The study group was assessed the scores of all subjects with DASA,and then given the corresponding intervention measures.The control group did not use the DASA scale,according to the clinical experience of medical staff to give appropriate interventions.The incidence of violent injuries,the time of protective restraint and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of violent injuries in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the protective restraint time was shorter than that of the control group,and the patients′satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of the DASA can effectively improve the accuracy of predicting violence in newly admitted psychiatric patients and reduce the potential violence of psychiatric inpatients.It helps to reduce the time of protective restraint,the satisfaction of the newly psychiatric patients is improved.
