健脾祛风汤治疗特应性皮炎的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Qufeng Decoction in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.MethodsFrom October 2010 October 2013,160 patients with atopic dermatitis treated in our hospital were selected as the research object,and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by taking the computer random number table method,each group had 80 cases.The control group was treated with Prednisone of western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Jianpi Qufeng Decoction.The clinical efficacy,skin itching score, skin lesion score,life quality score of skin disease,incidence of adverse reaction and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation group was 80.00%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 76.25%,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 4 weeks treatment,the skin itch score and skin lesion score in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the score of life quality was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.75%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(13.75%)(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 10.96%,while the control group was 26.09%,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionUsing Jianpi Qufeng decoction in the treatment of atopic dermatitis,the clinical curative effect is remarkable,and it can effectively relieve skin itching symptoms,improve the quality of life,and it has high safety,less adverse reactions and recurrence.
