MR、彩超在前列腺疾病诊断中的对比应用

Abstract Objective To explore the comparison application of magnetic resonance (MR) plain scan，MR dynamic-enhanced scan and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate diseases. Methods A total of 30 patients suspected with prostate diseases treated in the urology department of our hospital from July 2014 to July 2018 were selected as research subjects. All patients were examined with Philips 1.5 Tesla MR plain scan，MR dynamic-enhanced scan and color Doppler ultrasound. The transrectal pathology biopsy was selected as the ＂golden standard＂ for diagnosis，the value of MR plain scan，MR dynamic-enhanced scan and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate diseases was compared. Results The sensitivity of MR dynamic-enhanced scan for the diagnosis of prostate diseases was 95.65%，which was higher than that of MR plain scan and color Doppler ultrasound accounting for 86.95% and 78.28%，respectively，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The specificity of MR plain scan for the diagnosis of prostate diseases was 85.71%，which was higher than that of MR dynamic-enhanced scan and color Doppler ultrasound accounting for 71.42% and 42.85%，respectively，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The accuracy rate of MR dynamic-enhanced scan for the diagnosis of prostate diseases was 90.00%，which was higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound and MR plain scan accounting for 70.00% and 83.33%，respectively，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion MR dynamic-enhanced scan can provide more opportunities of early diagnosis and early treatment for patients with prostate diseases，improve their cure rate and quality of life. It is worthy of learning and reference in clinical diagnosis.
