循证护理在腰椎骨折患者术后护理中的应用

Abstract Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of patients with lumbar fractures.Methods From January to December 2018,a retrospective analysiswas performed on 88 patients with lumbar fractures treated in our hospital,according to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and study group,44cases in each group.The control group was provided with routine nursing,the study group was provided evidence-based nursing.The total nursing satisfaction,the total incidence of complications,emotional state and quality of lifewere compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 95.55%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 79.55%,the total incidence of complicationswas 9.09%,lower than that of the control group of 27.27%,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life assessment scale(SF-36)score was higher than that of the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively improve postoperative pain,mood,complications and satisfaction of patientswith lumbar fractures.
