| Application of targeted nursing intervention in silver acupuncture treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type low back pain |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in the treatment of low back pain caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis with silver needle.Methods From June 2018 to May 2019,60 patients with low back pain with qi stagnation and blood stasis treated with silver needlewere selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30)by themethod of random digital table.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given targeted nursing intervention.After 4weeks,the curative effect of the two groups was compared,and the changes of lumbar vertebrae function score,visual pain simulation score (VAS)score,self-rating depression scale (SAS)score and self-rating anxiety scale(SDS)score were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of lumbar function,VAS pain,SASand SDSbetween the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the scores of lumbar vertebrae function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of VAS pain,SAS and SDSwere lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention has a significant effect on the efficacy of silver acupuncture in the treatment of low back pain caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis.Targeted nursing is beneficial to the recovery of lumbar vertebrae function,relief of pain,relief of anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,which is beneficial to the improvementof the patients′condition.
