彩超引导脐静脉导管定位留置在新生儿脐静脉置管术中的应用

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the application effect of color ultrasonography－guided umbilical vein catheter localization and retention in umbilical vein catheterization (UVC)in neonates.MethodsFrom April 2013 to March 2016,98 neonates who were in need of UVC and were admitted into our hospital were selected.They were divided into the study group and control group according to the random number table method,and there were 49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine UVC catheterization,and patients in the study group were given UVC catheterization under the guidance of color ultrasonography.At the end of the treatment,the level of C－reactive protein(CRP), procalcitonin (PCT),serum interleukin－6 (IL－6)and IL－8 content,the occurrence of complications,the success rate of one－time catheterization and retention time of catheterization were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe level of CRP,PCT,IL－6 and IL－8 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The the success rate of one－time catheterization in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the retention time of catheterization in the study group was significantly longer than that in the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of of color ultrasonography－guided umbilical vein catheter localization and retention in the neonatal UVC is more ideal,and the incidence rate of complications is lower,and the success rate of one－time catheterization is high and retention time of catheterization is longer.
