纤支镜肺泡灌洗术联合肺康复治疗尘肺的临床研究

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage combined with pulmonary rehabilitation in the treatment of pneumoconiosis.Methods A total of 80 cases of pneumoconiosis patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.The selected patients were divided into the treatmentgroup(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to random number tablemethod.The control group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage(smallvolume)on thebasisof conventionaldrug treatment,and the treatmentgroup was treated with pulmonary rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.After 2months of treatment,the pulmonary function of the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),themaximum ventilation volume perminute(MVV),the 6-minute walking test,the Borg scale scores and the St George′s respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ)scores between the two groupswere compared.Results Therewere no significant differences in FEV1 and MVV between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The levels of FEV1 and MVV of the two groups after treatmentwere higher than those before treatment,the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of FEV1 and MVV in the treatment group after treatmentwere higher than those in the control group,the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the 6-minute walking test and the Borg scale score before treatment(P＞0.05).The 6-minutewalking test of the two groups after treatmentwas longer than that before treatment,and the scores of Borg scale of the two groups after treatmentwere lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The 6-minute walking test of patients in the treatment group after treatmentwas longer than that in the control group,and the score of Borg scale of patients in the treatment group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).Therewas no significant difference in SGRQ score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The SGRQ scores of the two groups after treatmentwere lower than those before treatment,the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SGRQ score of the treatment group after treatmentwas lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage combined with pulmonary rehabilitation can significantly improve the respiratory function of patientswith pneumoconiosis,reduce symptoms,improve the ability to exercise,improve the quality of life of patients,which isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
