通络洗剂烫洗治疗缺血性脑卒中患者肢体功能障碍的临床研究

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongluo Lotion bath treating limb dysfunction in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 80 cases with limb dysfunction after ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group received rehabilitation treatment and mainly intervened by placing good limbs, while the observation group received intervention combined with Tongluo Lotion.All the participants were followed up for 6 months, and the ankle joint and shoulder joint mobility after 6 months of intervention were compared between the two groups.The muscle strength of upper and lower limbs of the two groups were compared after 6 months of intervention.The joint-related complications 6 months after intervention were compared between the two groups.The changes of modified Edinburgh-Scandinavian stroke scale (MESSS) score and Barthel index of overall quality of life after intervention were compared. Results After 6 months of follow-up, the ankle joint activity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the internal rotation, external rotation and lifting angles of the shoulder joint were all higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The proportion of upper and lower limb muscle strength in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The proportions of shoulder subluxation,hip subluxation, joint contracture and joint ankylosis in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The MESSS score in observation group was lower than that in control group (P＜0.05), the Barthel index was higher than that in control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Bath with Tongluo Lotion on the basis of rehabilitation therapy for hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke can effectively improve the patient′s function, improve limb muscle strength, reduce joint-related complications, promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the quality of life of patients.
