肌肉松弛疗法对抑郁症患者无抽搐电休克治疗后疼痛的影响

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of muscle relaxation therapy on the post-treatment of non-convulsive electric shock (MECT) in patients with depression. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019, 60 patients with depression treated with MECT in our hospital were selected as subjects, and the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random digital method, 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the treatment group combined with the muscle relaxation therapy.The visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores, Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores,and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in VAS, HAMD and PSQI scores between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The VAS, HAMD and PSQI scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The VAS scores at 1, 6, 12 and 24 h after intervention in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).After intervention, HAMD and PSQI scores of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Muscle relaxation therapy after MECT treatment can effectively improve postoperative pain, depression and sleep quality of patients with depression, and improve the clinical treatment effect, which is worth promoting in the clinical application.
