Abstract Endometriosis, as a common gynecological disease, has affected many women of childbearing age.In recent years, because of its high incidence, high recurrence rate, and younger tendencies, much more attention has been paid,and because of its invasion and implantation behavior similar to malignant tumors, it has been nicknamed the "benign carcinoma", which has caused serious impact on life quality of women.The "gold standard" for the diagnosis of endometriosis is laparoscopy, which is not only expensive, requires general anesthesia, and may even cause complications such as pelvic and abdominal adhesions.At present, CA125 is the most commonly used clinical indicator to predict endometriosis, but it is not a reliable tool for early diagnosis.Due to the lack of specific clinical symptoms and noninvasive early detection methods, the diagnosis of endometriosis is often delayed or even missed.Therefore, it is very important to seek a noninvasive biological index with high specificity and sensitivity to diagnose early endometriosis.This paper mainly expounds the value of noninvasive biological index in the early diagnosis of endometriosis.
