艾灸结合健康宣教对大学生睡眠障碍的疗效观察

Abstract Objective To investigate the curative effect of moxibustion combined with health education on sleep disorders of college Students.Methods A total of 36 college students who met the diagnostic criteria for sleep disorders from May to July,September to December,2018 in our university were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the treatment group (19 cases) and the control group (17 cases) according to stratified randomization.The control group adopted the method of healthy lifestyle publicity and education.In the treatment group,on the basis of health education in the control group,Baihui and Yongquan points were selected for moxibustion.The each component factor,total score and clinical efficacy of Pittsburgh sleep questionaire index (PSQI) were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of sleep quality,the time of falling asleep,the length of sleeping,sleep disorder and daytime functional activity in the two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01).The scores of sleep quality and the length of sleeping in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total score of PSQI in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total score of PSQI in the treatment group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group (94.7%) and the control group (70.59%) (P＞0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion of Baihui and Yongquan points combined with health education can significantly improve the sleep disorders of college students with heart and kidney disorders,and the effect of this is better than only using health education，and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
