| Clinical study of the incidence of extra-esophageal symptoms and risk factors in patients with gastroesophageal reflux diseases |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the incidence and risk factors of extra-esophageal symptoms in patients with gastroesophageal reflux diseases.MethodsA total of 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux diseases from May to August in 2016 treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of extra-esophageal symptoms was calculated and risk factors were analyzed and summarized.ResultsAmong all these patients,the overall incidence of extraesophageal symptoms was 43.0%.Among them,reflux laryngitis was 51.2%,reflux cough 32.6%,and reflux asthma 16.3%.The risk factors of occurring extra-esophageal symptoms including tiresome,somking,dietary structure,excessive intake and spicy food,and high GERDQ scale score≥8 points.ConclusionTiresome，smokeing,dietary structure,excessive intake,spicy diet,and score of high GERDQ scale≥8 will increase the incidence of extra-esophageal symptoms in patients with gastroesophageal reflux diseases.Therefore,measures should be taken in nursing to prevent the above-mentioned risk factors.
