经纤维支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗治疗支气管扩张合并肺部感染的效果评价

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of bronchoalveolar lavage through bronchoscopy in the treatment of bronchiectasis complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods From March 2016 to March 2018,60 patients of bronchiectasis complicated with pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of study,they were divided into the control group (30 cases) and the observation group (30 cases) by random number table method,the control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group received bronchoalveolar lavage through bronchoscopy.The total effective rate of treatment,blood oxygen content (blood oxygen partial pressure [PaO2],blood oxygen saturation [SaO2],PaO2/FiO2 value) before and after treatment,the rehabilitation and recurrence of infection were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (93.33% vs.73.33%,P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,the PaO2,SaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the fever time,the antibiotic application time,the time of hospitalization were shorter than those of control group and the number of re visits within half a year was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage through bronchoscopy is a good treatment for bronchiectasis with pulmonary infection,it can significantly improve the blood oxygen content of the patients and shorten the time of treatment.It is worth further promoting.
